CNS is the only home health agency that has:

• Good working relationships with downtown hotels, including the Kahler Grand Hotel
• A partnership with R&S Transport for clients that need special transportation to the Mayo Clinic or Saint Marys Hospital
• Upon request, our nurses or aides can accompany clients to their appointments
• Free assessments and care plans for out-of-town visitors
